Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Domestic orders (Pakistan) are dispatched within 1–2 business days. International orders ship within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Times

Pakistan Standard: 3–5 business days. Pakistan Express: 1–2 business days. International Standard: 7–14 business days. International Express: 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@rome-notes.com with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
